We all know that staying active and getting some form of exercise each day are important aspects to staying healthy. Americans seem to carry bottled water everywhere they go these days. In fact, it has become the second most popular drink (behind soft drinks). Drinking lots of water can make you lose your appetite. Drinking water before breakfast reduces the amount of calories consumed during the meal.

For a long time, drinking water has been thought to help with weight loss. Drinking water could increase the total calories you burn, which is known for resting energy. Those people who sweat a lot or exercise regularly may need more water than others who are not very active. Drinking eight by eight ounce glasses of water per day for weight loss and to maintain an ideal weight, which is what people need everyday. Feeling thirsty is the most straightforward way to know if your body needs more water. It’s important to drink your water especially during the summer time

Everyone knows that water is the only drink people should get when they are really thirsty. The more water you drink they healthy you are. It again is a good way to lose weight. Personally I don’t really like drinking water. I would like to help my self and you guys to realize that if we don’t drink water it can cause many things. After reading about all the benefits of drinking water I want to make this a new goal of mine.
