Teenager don’t realize how health is very important.Based on the articles I read. I have learned things that teenagers need to know about health and dieting. There is really cool information that got me into reading more about health. There is more to it than just eating well, health could do with so many things. The reason I picked this topic was because I was interesting in knowing stuff I didn’t know about. Did you know stress can cause you to gain weight?Things teenagers should realize how important it is while you age up.

Lots of people in America get really stressed out and tend to eat out there stress. What they don’t realize is that when they eat their stress it causes them to gain weight, because all they want to do is eat all day until there stress goes away. Stress could be culprits. It plays in a role in weight gain. Thing that can cause stress could be by worrying to much about was has happen or what will happen in the future. Emotional eating can make you more not less emotional. But can cause you to gain weight. Most people have a stress problem when they are very emotional. Its when they start eating all they could and think it would go away in a jiff

If you think your weight has gone up due to stress, make some habits that can help you get back to your old self. I have experience the feeling of being stressed and just wanting to eat. You shouldn’t let emotions get in between your health and your personal problems. When these two come together they can cause even more unwanted weight gain. The more you eat while you are stressed, the more you will gain weight and will be harder for you to lose all of it
