In America there’s a lot of people with a weight disorder, and struggle A lot because there life’s are in jeopardy. You never know what or when something can happen to you. This is why having a healthy system is very important. Sometimes it’s not what you eat. Weight gain can be caused by stress, not getting enough air or sunshine     

As you age up,your body’s metabolism slows down. If you aren’t paying attention,your weight may gradually creep higher. Avoiding weight gain is not a simple as cutting calories or exercising weight gain long term, but with lifestyle changes you can maintain a healthy weight. Drinking a lot of water before meals help you feel full, this allows you to slow down. The proportion of muscle decrease and the proportion of fat increases. Which means that this shift slows their metabolism, making it easier to gain weight. In addition, some people become less physically active as they get older, increasing the risk of gaining weight

I have learned in reading so many different articles about gaining weight was that it’s not just what you eat can cause you to still gain pounds. You have to make sure to eat your vegetables and vitamins daily. I myself had experience gaining weight and it’s not a cute thing for a girl my age to gain weight.
